Growing up in both Sydney and Tokyo gave Satoki many opportunities to absorb influences from his surroundings. Throughout his music, he is inspired by the forests and oceans of Australia as well as the vibrant city of Tokyo, and he continues to be inspired by everything around him. ​

He earned a Bachelor of Music at Berklee College of Music with a double major in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing & Production, as well as a minor in Video Game Scoring. Throughout his studies, he gained a wide skillset, and is able to write, arrange and produce his own music as well as collaborating with others.

His styles range from orchestral film scoring, big-band jazz, j-ambient songs, as well as hybrid styles. He is eager to find many more passionate projects to work on, particularly in the film and game industry.
